PM Modi inaugurates 37th National Games in Goa
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 37th edition of the National Games in Panaji, Goa on Thursday. The Prime Minister reached the venue, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Margao, where he greeted the audience gathered for the event.

Pakistan state airline says it has canceled 349 flights due to fuel row
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has canceled 349 flights in the last two weeks due to a shortage of fuel supplies, it said on Thursday. The flight cancellations since Oct 14 have affected both domestic and international routes, a PIA spokesperson told Reuters.

Chairman of Parliament Ethics Committee, Vinod Sonkar says, “The two people who were summoned today – the lawyer and Nishikant Dubey – were heard attentively. After that, it was decided that Mahua Moitra would be called on 31st October. She will come and present her part. Malaysia’s sultans are scheduled to meet on Friday to elect the country’s next king from amongst themselves, state news agency Bernama reported on Thursday. A Silicon Valley-based Artificial Intelligence company has opened an office in Bihar, making it the first IT company from the US to enter the state. Tiger Analytics, headquartered in Santa Clara, has opened its first office in Patna this month. “We are hoping that the initial step that we are taking, can lead to a lot of progress down the road,” Mahesh Kumar, founder and CEO of Tiger Analytics, told PTI in a recent interview. CM Shinde announces compensation to Agniveer
The family of Agniveer Akshay Laxman Gawate, who passed away in the line of duty in Siachen last week, will receive help in the amount of Rs 10 lakh, according to Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Thursday.
